All data related to your campaigns β€” ad spend, ROAS, conversion rates, audience data β€” is used solely to improve your results. We document this in your monthly reports and Notion workspace.

For website visitors: We use analytics data to understand how people find and use our website, so we can make it better. This data is anonymised and not tied to individual identities.

For communication: We use your contact details to respond to enquiries, send proposals, deliver reports, and stay in touch about your account. We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in or are an active client.

We will never: Sell your data to anyone. Use your business data to benefit a competitor. Share your campaign performance, revenue figures, or strategy with any third party without your explicit written consent.

  • All client workspaces, reports, and documents are stored in password-protected Notion environments
  • Platform access credentials (Meta, Google, etc.) are stored securely and only accessed by team members who need them to do the work
  • We never store card numbers or banking details β€” payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack and other secure payment providers
  • Internal communications about client accounts happen through Slack, which is protected by two-factor authentication
  • We conduct regular reviews of who has access to what, and revoke access immediately when a team member leaves or a client relationship ends
  • When a client ends their engagement with us, we remove their platform access within 48 hours and archive their data securely
No system is 100% immune to security risks. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and take immediate steps to contain and resolve the issue.

Your Rights

You are in control of your data. Here is what you can ask us to do at any time:
